Which is better - 6 Mini Meals or 3 Square Meals?

According to Brierley Wright, M.S., R.D., Nutrition Editor of EatingWell Magazine, a lot of experts say eating mini meals every few hours is best. The frequency may help curb your appetite. On the other hand, research suggests that it doesn't make a difference at all. So which is it? Neither. What's important is not how often you eat but how much you eat. If eating 3 square meals will cause you to overeat, then try adding in a healthy snack or two. If eating frequently turns into an all-day snacking, then try to eat less. Whatever works for you just make sure you're eating healthy.
