Emmy Awards 2013 Best Dressed List

My picks did not even make most of the best dressed lists online, but oh well, I lurve Jewel's gown. Mindy Kaling is just adorbs in Edition by Georges Chakra and Anna Faris looks divine in Monique Lhuillier, not too crazy about the hair though.
